Bulk Entry

Create the same entry for multiple technicians at once.

• Use the checkboxes to select one or more technicians (use Select All / Clear or search to filter).
• Fill in the entry details: date, duration, title, notes, and colour category.
• Click Create Entries. The system will create an entry for each selected technician sequentially with a progress bar.

Spreadsheet Builder

Plan different entries for different technicians in a table, then submit them all at once.

• Click + Add Row or + Add 5 Rows to add blank rows.
• Select a technician, set the date, days, title, notes, and colour for each row.
• Click Submit All to create all valid entries. Successfully created rows are removed from the table automatically.

Activity Log

All create operations are logged at the bottom of the page with timestamps. Click Clear to reset.
