Admin View — Help
Add Entries (Double-Click Empty Space)
Double-click on any empty space in a technician's row to open the create entry form. The technician and date are auto-filled based on where you clicked. Set the title, notes, duration, and colour, then click Create Entry.
Edit Entries (Double-Click Bar)
Double-click on any existing bar to edit it. The form opens pre-filled with the current title, notes, duration, and colour. Change what you need and click Save Changes. The update is sent directly to OnPlan.
Move Entries (Drag & Drop)
Drag any bar and drop it onto another technician's row to reassign it. The entry will be moved to the new technician at the date where you drop it. The calendar refreshes automatically.
Bulk Entry Mode
Click Bulk in the header to enable bulk entry mode. Use the checkboxes next to technician names to select multiple techs. Click Create for Selected in the orange bar to open the bulk entry form. The same entry will be created for all selected technicians with a progress bar.
Refresh Calendar
Click the ↻ (refresh) button in the header to silently reload all calendar data from the API without disrupting your current view.
