Use the arrow buttons to navigate months. Filter by area group (Mackay / Brisbane) or search by technician name. Hover over any bar to see assignment details.
Click any technician name in the calendar to select them. Set the leave dates in the bottom panel and click "Check & Find Backfill".
In the comparison view, click any cell in a candidate's row to assign them for that day. Green = available. Colored bars = busy but can be reassigned. Multiple technicians can cover different days of the leave period.
The Coverage Plan row shows who is assigned to each day with a progress bar. The AI Assistant suggests an optimal plan you can apply in one click. The Final Summary at the bottom gives you a printable backfill strategy.
