Ask natural language questions about technicians, sites, availability, and compliance. The assistant has access to all calendar data, saved rules, and technician attributes.

Leave Planner

Add leave rows, select techs and dates, then Analyze. Shows ALL technicians in a comparison grid with the leave period. Approve leaves to remove techs from the backfill pool dynamically.

Coverage Rules

Define attribute types (e.g. Site Access) and build a coverage matrix. Click cells to set whether one attribute can cover another: Full (green), Partial (orange), or None (red).

Tech Attributes

Assign attributes to technicians. The backfill algorithm uses these to prefer qualified replacements based on coverage rules.

Saved Rules: Add rules in the AI Chat tab to guide the assistant's responses. Rules are persisted and automatically included in AI context.
